[01] Company and Payment Processor Information

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through GatedGuide, a product of LinsWorkspace. All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our authorized merchant of record and payment processor. Paddle handles all billing, payment processing, and refund issuance for our service. By making a purchase, you agree to both this Refund Policy and Paddle's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

[02] 15-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with GatedGuide. If you are not happy with our service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 15 days of your initial purchase or subscription start date. To qualify for this guarantee: - You must request the refund within 15 days of purchase - You must not have used more than 50% of your plan's monthly credits (for subscription plans)

[03] Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel: - Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period - You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods - No partial refunds are provided for unused time in the current billing period - You can continue to use the service until your subscription expires To cancel, visit your account settings or use the Paddle customer portal. Paddle will handle all cancellation processing and provide confirmation.

[04] How to Request a Refund

To request a refund: 1. Send an email to support@gatedguide.com 2. Include your account email address and the reason for your refund request 3. Specify 'Refund Request' in the subject line Alternatively, you may request a refund directly through the Paddle customer portal if you have a Paddle account. We will process your refund request within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method by Paddle within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

[05] Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds: - Subscription periods beyond the 15-day guarantee window - One-time purchases (if applicable) that have been fully delivered - Any subscription where you have exceeded the usage limits specified in our 15-day guarantee - Renewal charges if you fail to cancel before your renewal date - Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service - Any fees or charges imposed by your payment provider or financial institution

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will notify you by: - Posting the updated policy on our website - Sending an email notification to registered users (for material changes) Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. If you do not agree with the changes, you may cancel your subscription.
