gatedguide provides AI-driven content transformation tools. By using our service, you agree to: • Use the service only for lawful purposes • Ensure you have the right to process any YouTube content you submit • Not use the service to generate harmful, illegal, or infringing content • Not attempt to reverse engineer or access our underlying technology • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

[02] Subscription and Payments

Our subscription service is processed through Paddle. By subscribing, you agree to: • Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan • Provide accurate billing information • Authorize automatic recurring payments (for subscription plans) • Understand that fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy We may change our pricing at any time with 30 days' notice. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or Paddle portal.

[03] Intellectual Property

The underlying AI technology, software, trademarks, and branding of gatedguide remain our exclusive property. The output you generate using our service (ebooks, summaries, lead magnets) belongs to you, the creator who initiated the extraction. You are responsible for how you use this generated content.

[04] Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if: • You violate these Terms of Service • You fail to pay subscription fees • You engage in fraudulent or unauthorized use of the service • Your account poses a security risk Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and any unused credits may be forfeited. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination to allow for data export.

[05] Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: • WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES • OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
